Can a person be arrested 226 times?

No CommentEvidently this is true, A man in Nebraska has been arested 226 times so far, his list of crimes extending back to 1980! Edward Rooks however took the cake with 652 arrests until his death in 2004. Sadly, many think that Nebraska would actually take care of its criminals, lock them up and throw away the key. They do not. Unless you are considered a Habitual criminal sentcing is rather leniant. Luckily, this arrest could earn the un named man up to sixty years in prison, finally a lock-up and throw away the key case.
