That’s right! Declan Purcell, believed he was owed 3,400 english pounds from the Royal Bank of Scottland. He warned the bank managers, that he was prepared to go to court to fight back for this money. Next, Mr. Purcell went to court and the bank refused agianst hte courts orders to pay him. After thirty days, the bank was declared defaulted. Mr. Purcell was given a warrant of action and got repossession men to go into the bank. They took four computers and tills before the bank manager promised to pay back the fees.
Heck, YA! I would do this to national city if they charged me a $28 overuse charge! IT is rediciulous to have to pay that much to simply use your bank account. The Royal Bank of Scottland, why couldn’t you pay it back when the court asked? Did you have to sit on your Royal narcassitic butt’s and wait around for baliffs to come and seize your computers?
