A suburban Washington, D.C. dry cleaners is once again safe from being threatened with 54 million dollar lawsuits. Custom Cleaners did not violate the city’s consumer protection laws by not living up to customer’s unreasonable expectations. Roy L. Pearson must pay Custom Cleaners for court costs and may have to pay for attorney fees at a later date.
