Haven’t we all had a lot of fun with MySpace and Facebook recently? Big media seems to be conquering all those social networking sites. This includes online dating sites like FriendFinder, however, even though their service seems pretty good they have not yet been bought out. I tried setting up a search on Friend Finder and found several people in my area, but not nearly as many as I thought I would have. I think they are better for urban areas.

For example, I tried the city down the road. A city with 78,000 people and Friend Finder found a lot of women. Very nice women! However, the disadvantages of online dating have kept me away from it. For one, online dating is for people a little older and wiser than people my age. Really good things and really bad things can happen from it. However for those brave enough, try Friend Finder out and see if you like it. It was an enjoyable experience for me. Also, make sure you are honest with your information as a lot of people on Friend Finder look like they are trying to make themselves look a little too good.

On the plus side, the site was very user friendly as far as the search and made a lot of sense. Meeting online can open up instant communication, just remember to use due diligence!
