A 200 ton U.S. navy ship’s engine beign transported was not secured tightly enough and fell off the bed it was being transporte don. The engine was destined to be put on a ship under construction in San Diego. The rig was only going 2 or 3 MPH when the engine shifted and fell off the rig.
That is pretty stellar. You need to see the picture to see just how amazing that a shift in the weight can really be. The engine is massive!

A British boy who is not being named was impaled in his groin by a bicycles handlebars. The handlerbars inplaed his thigh by about 15 CM and firefighters had to use Allen wrenches to unbolt the handlebars from the bike. They then took the boy to a hospital where he was freed from his misery.
Wow! This is purely amazing, how can you get implaed by a bicycle. Well, who knows but for one British kid this will have been an event that he will be sure to remember for the rest of his life.
Right now my mind is wandering to the strange, which is good for it being 1 A.M in Michigan. However, it is only 10:00 PM here. I am thinking back to my experiences in Branson, MO. Branson, is pretty much the only thing to visit in all of the state of Missouri. Well, almost theonly thing as it is the only big broadway-like town that I know of in all of the southeastren United States. However, if you want to live there Branson real estate can be extremely expensive. It is getting to be a rip off on the scale of California.
Philip Kolinski,73, was sentecned to clean a vetrans memorial monument in front of the Saginaw County, MI court house. Kolinski and another man collected scrap that they said was going to go to build a monument honoing vetrans. Kolinski actually sold the scrap and kept the money for himself. “You certainly should be ashamed,” Saginaw County District Court Judge A.T. Frank said as he sentenced Kolinski on Friday to clean the veterans memorial in front of Governmental Center on Aug. 7.
I hope that he gets very bad reactions while he is punished. He is a theif and a swindler and should of been sent to jail. This is much too leniant for this man and he deserves to be thrown into jail.
I am currently enjoying the luxiourious Hilton hotel Tuscon. I will not name it exactly for direct security reason but you can find it rather easily. They have an extremely large lobby and a pair of beautiful mahagony reception desks. They also have three regular pools, along with a slide, and quite a few other guest only water features. Beautiful hotel, and such a shame that we have to leave so soon to go back to Phoenix.
We went out to some spanish mission, please do not ask me the name of it as I surely do not remember. However, it was extremely sad to see all the Indian people there. The beautiful buildings and then the people who made their living by selling fry bread. One of the saddest parts of the entire thing was the eldery grandmother out in the sun making fry bread and using a portable oxygen concentrator. It was just extremely sad.
Two politcal buildings in Washington, D.C. were evacuated Wednesday after a small eletrical fire occured. Fire officials had been called to the Dirksen and Hart buildings, with the fire said to have started in the Dirksen building. A small eletrical fire was the probable cause of the incident and the buildings were cleared for re-entry several minutes after.
Now, you have to be careful around air intake vents. They can catch on fire, and things were relativley small this time, thank goodness! Hopefully, the problems are fixed and everyone is safe in Washington, however this was sort of bizzare and that is why I am posting it!

…Northwest airlines flight 980 was forced to return to the Sea TAC airport this afternoon. It appears a man who had checked luggage under another name had not caught his flight and did not want the plane to leave without him. However, the threat carried a jail sentence as the threat was not a credible one.
Just what Northwest airlines needs, another delay! Like they are getting planes out on a regular schecdule anyways. This guy deserves to be charged as a terrorist for this horrible act. However, he also deserves a dumb ass award for deciding to do the most stupidest thing you can do after missing your flight.
The Chicago Tribune, a usually very trustworthy news source has posted an article slandering the oil company, B.P. Part of the big issue with B.P. as a company is that it is in a secotr that many people consider rather risky. However, B.P. is a oil company that is looking towards tommorrow and is expanding its operations at it’s Whiting, Indiana facility. This is a huge improvement in our country due to the last oil production facility being built 29 years ago. B.P. is producing more fuel for the midwest.
Also, B.P. does not dump sludge into Lake Michigan, and in fact they have recieved federal permission to dump more water into Lake Michigan. However, this is ONLY treated water and is more than 99.9% water. B.P. is also investing in energy diversity, allowing our oil supplies to be diverse so that we may continue to pay the lowest price possible for the fuels that we use. B.P. also has asked for increased amonia outputs, but at the level requested they are still at only half of the federal standard.
I have to say that I am rather impressed with B.P. They provide a quality product and are working towards the future. Say what you might, they sound like a pretty good company.

An Oregon couple are to get married and then go and buy the newest Harry Potter book. Courtney Lanahan and Shawn Gordon of Clackamas are heading straight from their wedding reception Friday to a bookstore to get the final Harry Potter book. A North Carolina former legislator and former Baptist minister was arrested on several charges related to prostitution. Privette, 74, of Kannapolis, was charged with six counts of aiding and abetting prostitution by renting a hotel room and paying for sexual acts with 32-year-old Tiffany Denise Summers, who was charged with six counts of prostitution, according to arrest warrants.
Coy Privette. 74 year old with prostitute! Come on judge, this is just odd…I am not saying that prostitutino should be legal but he is former legislator, just let him get away with an easy sentence. Then again, what can six misdemeanors get you, 25, 30 years in the can?

A grand jury in two Kansas counties will soon decide what is too obscene to be sold in stores. Jury duty may include watching “dirty” videos, viewing products, and taking “field trips” to the stores.
Why wouldn’t you want to sign up for that jury duty? I mean, it with keep our families out of the smut of the world! And, jury duty does pay! Plus, if you are on a jury you usually get a free lunch out of it. I wouldn’t mind being on this jury!
I have been so busy putting up blinds recently as well. We are trying to get our house to look normal, for security and such while we are out on vacation. The blinds we put up yesterday took quite a while. They were very complex and were over the largest window, a picture window that is not *exactly* up to code. However, it is beautiful and the blinds are finally working after much tinkering on everyones part. Just in time too!
On another note about packing, I have been packing most of the day for the trip out to Arizona. I have some new Samsonite luggage that is pretty spacious. I am actually able to fit everything I want to take into one suitcase and one backpack. I was never able to do that with my previous luggage and it was such a pain! Well, I just got a few more things to pack and then I will be all set to leave!
I was over at a family friends house yesterday moving stuff, that is why you might of noticed very few posts. While I was there, her real estate broker called and said that the previous owner would be over at 9:00 to fix her washing machine. The machine was spilling water everywhere! However, the owner did not show up, and she was rather irritated with her broker and the previous owner who was until this point very nice.

A Nebraska judge has had his order upheld by an appeals court after the prosecutor thought that a sex offender had received too leniant of a sentence. An examination by a clinical psychologist and the results of a test used to determine the risk that Richard W. Thompson would reoffend both indicated that Thompson, 52, is neither a pedophile nor a sexual predator, the court said. However, Thompson was still placed on ten years of probation.
Even though the judge cited that part of her rational was on height. That is just strange…I hate being discriminative but that is just stupid! Come on, be more harsh on sex offenders they deserve it for being pedophiles in todays culture. Lock them up and throw away the key!

A group of people who thought it would be funny to steal beer from the New Orleans Zephyr baseball team got away with it. However, it was only Coors light and police later recovered 38 of the 51 kegs stolen. Be on the lookout for some with a bladder the size of the Goodyear blimp, possibly a drug dealer.
HAHA, I do not think I would ever steal beer, especially light beer. I hope that they find the idiots who thought they could get away with steal 51 kegs of beer and a beer truck.
A 3 year olds birthday party was crashed by a dead body. The shocked parents of birthday girl Chloe Carvajal, 3, had shelled out $1,500 for the round-trip jaunt around the Statue of Liberty for about 40 guests, including at least 15 youngsters. The boat circled the body for about 20 minutes. The body was later identified as Michael Dukes, 30, of Brooklyn.
Now, that would be creepy. Cannot say that I wouldn’t sue the boat operator for not getting the heck out of there! I hope that all the kids are alright now.
Canadian Border officials have been checking mail for suspicious items, among the items found have been a bazooka, live animals, and drugs. Of course there is plenty of drugs, as all the drug users try to sneak them past you in the most unique ways possible.
I just think that if your that stupid to mail a bazooka, good luck in life. Also, please do not ship live animals, they need to breathe and do other things outside. But, you can try, just be warned Canadians actually have a force that does this!
Alright, last time I reviewed Mac Poker Online was quite a while ago. Since then, it has gotten a lot better. As you may or may not have noticed I was gone for the majority of the day today. I actually went over and helped my friend move some of her stuff to her new house. It included cookware, clothes, and other things. Needless to say, it does take a while. I will be going back over to her house tomorrow to help her move her meat so if you notice me not posting as much, that is why.
A German man who startled his neighbors by throwing his computer out of his window was let off without a citation. The police sided with him about tech frustration. “Who hasn’t felt like doing that?” said a police spokesman. Police did make him clean up the mess though.
Haha, I do not think that I would get too lucky with throwing my computer out the window. I would probably just light it on fire first! What would you do?
A Mass. woman is suing the IRS over what she calls a medical necessity. Rhiannon O’Donnabhain is suing the IRS in order to recover the ability to deduct the $25000 surgery off of her taxes. The case goes to trial on July 28th.
This is just strange…I would of allowed the deduction and just told the woman to not bother me again. I mean, it is a medical treatment it is just like this stupid insurance bullcrap I am dealing with. I just hope that Mrs. O’Donnabhain wins her case. Good luck!
A 500 pound man was injured when enjoying the great outdoors with a group of other people. However, authorities were called to assist Martin Rike, who had his tube deflate on him. He had injured his ankle and leg but seemed in good spirits. The county EMS tried a variety of tactics to get him out of the water including, a hovercraft, a helicopter and were going to have to call in a helicopter with a hoist from Traverse City, MI but were finally able to lift him onto a homemade raft.
Now, I am amazed that a County EMS in Wis. has a hovercraft! That is freakin’ sweet! Check out the story for more info as it it gets way more zany.

Yes, it is really sad that in today’s world we take advantage of each other and national networks by just temporarily housing kids. I cannot say how despised I am. Sadly, these kids lost their lawsuit, however they are filing for an appeal.

iHop the horrible breakfast chain that is famous for none other than pancakes has bought Applebees with a pledge to cease all new company owned store development. iHop is also trying to franchise the 508 company owned stores to make its bottom line sweeter.
I am angered that iHop bought Applebees, I despise iHop and hope that they lose interest. Let’s hope for the good of the world that iHop loses interest! If you know of a company owned Applebees, visit it and make sure it is one of the ones that gets franchised out!
