Man takes scrap, scams vetrans!

No CommentPhilip Kolinski,73, was sentecned to clean a vetrans memorial monument in front of the Saginaw County, MI court house. Kolinski and another man collected scrap that they said was going to go to build a monument honoing vetrans. Kolinski actually sold the scrap and kept the money for himself. “You certainly should be ashamed,” Saginaw County District Court Judge A.T. Frank said as he sentenced Kolinski on Friday to clean the veterans memorial in front of Governmental Center on Aug. 7.
I hope that he gets very bad reactions while he is punished. He is a theif and a swindler and should of been sent to jail. This is much too leniant for this man and he deserves to be thrown into jail.
