My parents are getting a trust put together because they are getting up there in age and want to make sure my brother and I never have to mess with the problems they have had with their parents. So they have hired a bank to deal with the paperwork. They also went to an attorney who told them to buy more term insurance. I am thinking about buying some more myself as you can never have enough insurance in my mind.
