Cynessa Bess has a message to whoever stole her custom made 2003 Town and Country minivan, “I need it”. Cynessa Bess,17, the daughter of Cynthia Bess has cerebral palsy, arthritis, and is mentally retarded. Cynessa can only travel in a wheelchair and the van had lockdowns for the chair as well as several handicap signs around it. The Besses left the van parked outside their home like every evening but when they awoke Tuesday the van was gone. The handicapped license plate number is 3YF-ZG with a handicapped symbol in the center and the vehicle is a gold 2003 Chrysler town and Country. Anyone with information about the van is asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
This is really sad. I cannot believe anyone with a heart would steal a van that was needed for a handicap person from them. I would think the van would be rather easy to find, as it is different than a regular model, however, it might of been altered by now. This is a rather sad story and I hope Cynessa gets her van back right away!
