Alexandria, LA- Two people were arrested by authorities after a rally that was aimed at the “Jena 6″. The two individuals who were arrested, 18 and 16 were said to have driven a pickup truck with a noose hanging out the back repeatedly past a group of protesters. The protesters were waiting to return to their homes on charter buses. The driver of the red truck, whom Alexandria police identified as Jeremiah Munsen, 18, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor — a reference to the 16-year-old passenger. Munsen also was charged with driving while intoxicated and inciting to riot, according to the police report.
The incident involving Jena has to do with six African American high schoolers being arrested for attempted murder and conspiracy to commit second degree murder. This incident was very recent and is disturbing as this may be a case of racial hate. Ryan444123.com does not stand for that. We will ALWAYS represent both sides of a story equally, however, this story seems too unfair.
What is this prosecuter thinking? I think he should be brought up on charges of treason agianst the United States of America. As for the hate crimes committed, they deserve due attention and those who are committing them are not being punished enough.
United States Code for Treason:
“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death…”(US. Code Sec 18. 2381).
Hate crimes legislation is a little more difficult and I think I have covered enough.
