The mother of the head cheerleader of the Paradise Junior Bobcats cheerleading team was arrested Thursday. She is suspected of molesting a 14 year old midget football player. Toni Allexy, 39, is being charged with commuting a lewd act on a minor, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and six counts of child endangerment. Toni Allexy could be sentenced to 3 years for the lewd act, information on the other charges requires more knowledge for special circumstances.
According to Paradise Police, who heard of the incident on Oct 29th, these incidents occurred on Oct 20 to the morning of Oct 21. Toni Allexy allegedly served alcohol to the point of intoxication, became intoxicated herself, and reportedly molested one of the boys while driving under the influence with minors in the vehicle.
“Very intoxicated, the mother gave my very drunk son and another boy and girl a ride home,” The boy’s mother’s letter states. “On the ride home the mother (Allexy) put her hand down my son’s pants and began to fondle him, the other kids were in the back seat, which (Allexy) would not allow to come up front with my son.” (Quote from complaint in police report)
First, how do you molest someone while you are driving drunk? Maybe that is my wording but it would seem rather difficult. She still managed to (allegedly) do it though. This is absoleutley sickening, and I would rather have had my kid called me, or anyone else to pick them up if they were at someones home such as this. I would of called the police on the spot!

Wait a minute… you say it would be difficult to molest somebody while driving… then turn around and say, “she still managed to do it.” This woman hasn’t been convicted of ANYTHING, she’s just been ACCUSED. And most parents would have called the police on the spot but, according to the article in the Paradise newspaper, they waited a whole week before making these claims.
Maybe you’ve never known anybody who’s been falsely accused of child molestation, but it happens all the time. Three young girls in Los Angeles almost sent a homeless man to state prison a few years back… they lied and said he molested them because they were afraid of getting into trouble for coming home late. His only crime was being a funny looking guy they saw in the park on the way home. Fortunately, one of them cracked under cross examination, and the charges were dismissed. The juvenile judge eventually ordered all three to spend as much time in juvenile hall as the homeless guy spent in jail.
In the late ‘eighties, more than a dozen people were sent to prison in Bakersfield due to their participation in a Satanic child molestation ring. Years later, all were released when it turned out they were manipulated by a “counselor” who interrogated them.
If you’re ever accused of something like this, you’d better hope the jury isn’t so quick to condemn you.
I have heard of the Bakersfield cases in MSNBC documentaries, that is such a horrible thing that someone would manipulate like that.
My personal amazement is that SHE ALLEGEDLY, was able to do that.

Second, the reason it was reported a week later is because that is when another parent informed one of the drinking. The boy did not even tell his mom about the “alleged” molest because Allexy had threatened that her husband would kill him, so the above person who wrote the possibility that it could be a false claim, NICE!!! hopefully your kid doesnt someday cometo you to tell you something so horrible happened , while you listen to otehrs say maybe it is a false claim. It took alot for this boy to come forward and it sucks that this SICK woman got him drunk or allowed him the ability to do so and then MOLESTED HIM!
She also picked up these boys on their lunch several times, just her and the boys to remind them of what would happen if the truth was told, MANIPULATING and SICK!
One of the parents involved did report it the day she found out but an investigation was not started, so this week later thing is only when an oficial investigation began after obtaining EVIDENCE!

Disgusting, I love the part in the original article that she’s lived in the community her whole life. Is that supposed to make it ok at that point?
The only possible bright side is she didn’t kill those kids driving drunk or have one die of alcohol poisoning.
And what in the hell was the husband doing in the back of the house before they left while these kids were drinking booze his wife bought and served? Isn’t he liable as well (it’s his home and teens were served) or does he just fall under the world’s biggest idiot clause? I would hope he’s smart enough to realize this woman just f’ed up his life and serve her the papers now for a divorce.
I live in paradise, and also enjoyed the “lived in this community all her life” crap! SO WHAT!!!!!! What a sick woman, and they all live somewhere, maybe it is just the first time she has gotton caught……..

Yikes, unbelievable, People will say anything to sound just a little bit more holesome like: I’ve lived in this small town my whole life”. Who cares… I personally know this woman and she discuss me to know end. I believe with my whole heart that this molestation definatly happened. Why would this young boy lie about it? What does he have to gain??? Its not like this woman is any trophy prize mom by any means. This sickens, and saddens me deeply. I have 3 boys of my own and I can honestly say that she is very very blessed that she didn’t do this to one my sons because, I would be in prison where she will be once she is convicted of this God awful act. I pray that the lord will have his hand in everything and Justice will be served.

Hello, you never drove a car and ate a hamberger, or talked on a cell phone, or put on make up. Give me a break. People multi task all the time when they are driving, this cheer mom just choose to do a lude act with a 14 year old while she was driving. Did she get her own children taken away until everything comes out? Because the TRUTH will come out.This sick woman needs a wake up call.

Maybe instead of convicting people before you know the whole story would help. There’s so much more to the story, the woman she tried to get a restraining order on, is the mother of the boy accusing this woman. This a long standing fued and now she’s using her son against the accused. What a mess, I hope the truth comes out whatever it may be.
I know this person and I do believe that she DID give them alcohol. I know that her up bring was not one of teaching right or wrong it was one of do what you want. As a person who knows her I can’t imagine that she would do something like this but I do know more than what is being published to the public and it does not look or sound good.
I don’t know what really happened, I would have to actually be there and that is hard to do for an event that already happened.

Hey, let’s all be honest (guys) and admit it at 14 come on. I sure wouldn’t be the one complaining. Boys are different than girls. If this had happened to me at 14 I’d walk around like I was 10 ft. tall and bulletproof (which is how you know he’s considered by his buddies). Say what you want but at least I can spell!
