No CommentWashington Mutual is one big bank and let me tell you that they have been up to some very interesting things. Like most big banks they have been the brunt of many investigations that have been conducted by the consumerist. They are one of the better banks out there though, so if you are looking for a new bank in an area that WaMu has branches, consider calling them up and asking for an account. They have checking accounts, savings accounts and even retirement accounts.
