Verizon Wireless broke my cell phone a few weeks ago. I took it in to have a memory card put into it and the manager used compressed air. He fried the internal parts of my phone and I had to pay $70 to get a new, much better phone because the one they had sold me three weeks prior was discontinued. To top if off, I bought it a kiosk. They didn’t have the Plantronics Voyager 520 bluetooth device I needed so I had to drive to the VZW store down the road. One thing after another honestly!
