One of the things that I have been trying to do for the new year is get into shape. However, as with most of the promises that are made, this one is proving somewhat hard to keep. My current diet isn’t exactly what you would call healthy, many many visits are made to Taco Bell/Wendy’s. I also drink a lot of pop. Maybe I should get some of those best weight loss pills so that I don’t have to continue dieting and exercising, that will make me feel better for sure.
