We are supposed to be getting a significant amount of snow fall tomorrow here in the great area that is Michigan. I was told that we should be expecting anywhere between three to five inches. That will make it extremely enjoyable to be out and about tomorrow evening coming home from work. I looked at our outdoor thermometer today and it was only 19 degrees. I wonder how cold it will be during tomorrow’s snowstorm?
The Ex…
I started talking with my ex-girlfriend again. I am not sure that it is too good of an idea to start talking with your ex ever. She works at a medical care facility where she would help assist the older residents getting in and out of bed, going to meals and similar to that. It was strange visiting her at work because you would see all sorts of medicine carts that might remind you of a horror movie. Well, she called me up to say that she still wants to have a relationship. I think that is why she called me at least….well we will have to see how things go.
Police Friend Students on Facebook
Students would you friend your school police officer on Facebook? I know that I sure would not! Well, there are a bunch of schools that are doing it. Amazingly it is working out quite well for the majority of these schools. You can check out the video above to see more. However, students in high school still seem really skeptical. I doubt I would friend or like a police officer or their Facebook page. Just seems like asking for a bunch of trouble.
Drunk Drivers Piss off Police
Edmonton police are asking people not to tweet the locations of checkstops set up to catch impaired drivers.
“Putting lives in danger based on the fact that you want to have more followers on your Twitter account is pretty disappointing,” said checkstop co-ordinator Const. Ian Brooks.
In recent days, a number of users of the social media service have taken to tweeting the exact locations of checkstops throughout the city. The practice has prompted a heated online debate between those who think the information should be shared and those who deem it stupid and unethical.
Dear Police,
The rest of the world really does not care what you think about people tweeting the locations of where you are at. Maybe you should just have rolling cars and have speedtraps/drunk traps on the side of the road. No reason to get all upset about it. After all, I guess it must be because you are in Canada that you are so upset eh?
Freedom of Speech is a cornerstone of the United States…shouldn’t it extend to our Northern neighbors in Canada as well? I think so!
Going Back to Black
I have been trying to decide what I want to do with the website. After all, some of you really enjoy hearing about my personal life and some of you really just want to hear about the crazy and twisted stuff that is happening out there! I am going to be taking more of the stories from the bizzare news column and adding them into the regular rotation. Look for some of these stories coming on the site later tonight or tomorrow. Sometimes this works, sometimes it does not. Individuals really have to be careful in this turbulent of a market.
Weird Customers
I work in an area where there are some very strange people. Some people are most likely on drugs, some people could be easily considered to be rednecks and many others have some interesting views on life. However, I had one beautiful woman come in the other day. She had these beautiful eyelashes. She saw another one of her friends in the store and started to talk with this girlfriend about these eyelash growth reviews. Not only was she captivating while she talked, she was extremely intelligent as well!
Freaky Friends
I just talked with one of my good female friends who shared with me that one of our mutual friends created a song about her. It drove her insane because his song was really poetic and romantic but she did not share the feelings that he had for her. He had some awesome moves in his YouTube video though. His guitar straps were decorated with her name and his lyrics were some of the most loving and cherished lyrics I have ever heard. Music can really bring people together but he did not manage to persuade her to change her feelings towards him.
